A fun, safe, scenic and very affordable 3.5 hour excursion suited to your individual needs.  Hike slow and turn around near the top below the headwall or anywhere where you feel it's too strenuous or too steep.  Or, hike fast and far to the second or third peak  (see logo) high-up on a ridgeline where you're almost always alone.  Either way you're up in the mountains and getting exercise.  If it's a clear day, there's a reward for every footstep.  Some make new friends in the van on the drive to the trailhead then hike together.  Others hike alone, walk the short Overlook trail, pick berries, or sit, read and enjoy the peace.  Either way, because you've been transported to Chugach State Park, you're experiencing nature.
